For this non-profit, the goals for their Facebook marketing activities were to raise brand awareness, increase community involvement online, and increase interest in local events.
I utilized insights from their Facebook page to isolate when their audience was most active online and created a social media calendar that matched the frequency and time of their Facebook activity.
I also closely watched their engagement when different types of posts were shared and used that to better plan future content.
Finally, I completely revamped their profile, created a cover photo with a strong message and CTA, switched the button from a “Message” button to a “Learn More” button, and updated their brand story.
